Samhitha – 5 Workshop on ‘Soft-Skills in Health Care’ was conducted by theDepartment of Oral Medicine and Radiology on 24 th September 2019 at CoorgInstitute of Dental Sciences.

The resource person for the event was Mr. Subhash Hegde who is aCorporate Trainer, Certified Behaviour Analyst and Wellness Coach.He conducted an interactive session regarding the importance of soft andbehavioural skills in healthcare, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills forimproving productivity and better outcomes.

The program was sponsored by Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. Over 50 delegatesincluding postgraduates and interns participated in the event.
