Four postgraduatestudents Dr. MansiNautiyal, Dr. Kiran Sunny, Dr. Nigel Tom, Dr. Bharat Katarakiand a faculty Dr.Basavaraj S. Sfrom the Departmentof Prosthodontics visited Department of Maxillofacial Prosthodontics,Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand, from 1stMarch to 14th March, 2016.
This study tour was part ofthe student and faculty exchange program with the Mahidol University.
The postgraduate students and faculty gained rich knowledge and had an inspiring experience atthe Department of Maxillofacial Prosthodontics (MFP). The program included extensive clinical sessions, numerous lectures by the MFP faculty, hands- on-course (both clinical andlaboratory procedures) on auricular prosthesisand interactions with the faculty and postgraduates of the MFP department.
Students and faculty also had unique experiences at the dental museum, central library and dental simulation centre of the Mahidol University.
